--What are some of the reasons teachers should use technology?

--I feel as though high school is a time you develope your adult social skills and responsibilities of interacting with adults on a more level field. Although, there are at least four (and growing) online high schools. Teens are leading a more dormant life today; choosing to stay indoors to play video games and spending too much time on computers. By offering these online schools at such a crucial time, I feel, it's sending a message to these kids: "Go ahead and live your life on the computer away from civilization, you'll never have to communicate with anyone else in the future anyway." I do not feel as though these schools preparing kids for job interviews, responsibilities for being in a professional environment, or human interraction in general.
