Great comments here! There are different types of schedules based in different districts and different educational philosophies too. I assume you mean why can't all of the St. Joe schools start at the same time here though? Look at the bus schedules. If a district only has a certain amount of buses available, then they have to make several trips to pick up students. Even if there are enough buses to do one trip, some object to having elementary children with high school children.
